Not quite. The loops are infinitely extensible so the highest period in Evoloop is infinity.

EDIT:
Evoloop is almost omniperiodic, but p2 is still a problem.

Yes there is! Sort of... there is data in the loops, although there isn't much transfer from both. Also, it produces a weird variant that... technically isn't sterile? It shrinks every generation (loop generation, not automata generation.)
