Actually it is both as it leaves debris behind it and also emits spaceship. So it can be called a rake (it's the more interesting property anyway).

EDIT: Actually Blinkerspawn is more correct (see next post)

In common usage a rake that leaves debris isn't considered a puffer but a "dirty rake".

Funnily enough, I had a partial post ready for this rule:
Topic: SparkyLife (B3/S23-cq4iw6c)

Body:

WARNING: DON'T APGSEARCH THIS RULE UNLESS YOU'RE EITHER FEELING REALLY LUCKY OR HAVE ~13 TRILLION GB's OF RAM.

This rule is named due to it's two, sparky, p60 c/3o spaceships:

Code: Select all

x = 26, y = 33, rule = B3/S23-cq4iw6c

There's also an 8c/25o pond puffer, shown here:

Code: Select all

x = 4, y = 5, rule = B3/S23-cq4iw6c
2o$o2bo$2b2o$o2bo$2o!
The c/2o hat-ship also works:
