Yes but that is less likely to be found without some sort of search program (winks and nudges at script writers, or me if I get off my rear and learn more lua)

If some dot-pulling reaction was found, that sent a spaceship back the opposite way, that would also allow a arbitrarily slow ship.
I manage the 5S project, which collects all known spaceship speeds in Isotropic Non-totalistic rules. I also wrote EPE, a tool for searching in the INT rulespace.

Things to work on:
- Find (7,1)c/8 and 9c/10 ships in non-B0 INT.
- EPE improvements.

This glide-symmetric c/3 spaceship gives an almost puffer/rake, but it dies after a couple of generations, as the debris kills it. I did not find a way to stabilize it, maybe someone finds a way:
