Very nice. It would be referred to as a L151 (a left-turn taking 151 generations).

Much of the stuff from B3/S23 also works in this rule. Additionally, there's a natural puffer and natural gun.

To reiterate a discovery mentioned on the Soup search results in rules other than Conway's life thread, a new (5,2)c/190 oblique spaceship has appeared from a C1 soup for this rule. It has a minimum population of 33 cells:

Seeing this ship fills me with determination. I mean, couldn't a technology so small exist in Life? Although one hasn't turned up yet...



Also, does anyone have a synthesis for the traffic light? Making them is indeed possible, but the normal Life blinker synthesis does not work:

A new variant of the P190 (5,2) oblique ship has appeared on Catagolue. This one functions in the same basic manner as the previous spaceship, but the colliding R's are phased slightly differently. The minimum population of this ship is 32 cells (as opposed to 33 for the other variant):

By the way, I think this class of spaceships/puffers/rakes is interesting enough to deserve a proper name. May I offer the name "Flying Dutchman" as a suggestion, since it looks like a cloud of 'ghosts' flying a boat into the sky (when you point it in the right direction)? It might be more apropos if this were a 'ship' instead of a 'boat', but a boat is close enough.

There are at least 692 variants that can be formed by the placement of the boat and two Rs in various positions and phase differences. Perhaps the most interesting of these is the one ship that has the two Rs in exactly the same phase (the fourth ship from the top). This means that the following simple pattern is an oblique ship predecessor in b38/s23:

With this many ships, and assuming each one has a roughly equal probability of occurring, the expected number of ships that would have to appear out of soup before we get the first duplicate is 32. (This is a variation of the well-known matching birthdays problem, with the 'year' being length 692).

In addition to these 692 spaceships, I was able to find another 120 infinite growth patterns, which includes glider rakes (in all 4 directions), puffers, puffer-rakes, and even one double-rake. Boxes mark the ones found in soup so far, with a double box around the rake found by AbhpzTa:

All of these ships and puffers are formed from the same three components, and each should be constructible with a maximum of seven gliders; three for each R and one to trigger the boat production. This does not exhaust all of the possible ships and puffers, however, since the possibility exists of there being variants that require external stabilization (an additional component that keeps the interaction debris from destroying the puffer/ship, much like a block is needed to stabilize a switch-engine in Life). Searching for such stabilizations would be a much more time-consuming task.
